Tcl installation/ project creating errors

Hi,

I am trying to install Tcl for OpenSees and facing a basic error. In my project page it always shows " * Could not retrieve state tool usage data". And when I was trying to create a project in order to install Tcl, I cannot name my project, not even by using the default name (Tcl-8.6.13-Windows).

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yining-Guo,

Apologies but the State Tool does not work with Tcl at this time. Instead of following the installation instructions under the Overview tab, please follow the instructions under the Download tab, which lets you complete installation using an EXE, MSI or tarball.
