(I haven’t investigated how to download and install an existing package because I cannot find it in your catalog. But I will have to do that next.)

@gwene There are over 40 different versions of Archive-Extract available from the Configuration Pane on a typical Perl 5.36 project.
OK. I understand. Can you please tell me how to install a package locally, rather than having it configured within my group in ActiveState Tool?
I am new to this. I wound up doing a ‘deploy’ of the State tool’s perl distribution. Maybe this was not preferable (?)
Perl runs fine on my Windows 10 system now, but I need to install a few packages not available within the ActiveState Catalog.
How do I do best do this? (I tried using cpan to install packages and keep getting errors.)
