Welcome to the ActiveState Platform! and thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. It appears that finance-interactivebrokers-tws will actually build, but one of it’s dependencies (inline-Java) fails to build.
Our build engineers are looking into this failure and will advise you on their findings.

Thank you for looking into it. Yes installation of Inline-Java fails. When I try to install it separately, that fails as well. Appreciate your time.
