How to convert Olex plotter data (.gz) to Google Earth format (.kml)

Hello there. Im currently working on a ArcGIS pro platform, and I dont know a lot about scripting at all. I found this website because I was trying to find a way to transform (.gz-files) to a format that ArcGIS can read correctly. They can read a great variety of formats, but the “recipy” I found by using Dr. Google was a pdf file from 2011 showing how this is done. It transforms the files into (.kml).The pdf- file is 11 y.o…Is this method still valid?

OHSHAV,

I’m not familiar with the “recipy” in your post (no link provided…) but a quick Google search turns up something more current that offers to convert your .gzip to a .kml file here: Sendeyo

Hope that helps,
