@a1678991 - the team has pushed a change that will allow your build to succeed on Windows. In order to do so, you’ll have to make some kind of change to your project. This will kick off a new build which should succeed.

I tested a small change in a copy of your project that worked and recommend you do the same:

  • Change the “Archive-Zip” package to 1.20 and save your change.
