Hi @lemorin - I checked in on this build and it looks like it has since succeeded, but I saw that you removed Convert-NLS_DATE_FORMAT and DateTime-Format-Pg. The builds team has just made a change in the system that will successfully build these packages so please go ahead and add them back to your build if they were failing previously.
