Getting a debugger for Perl

Is there something that you need help with?

Hello zakg,
Yes there is something I need help with.
I recently downloaded activeperl 5.28.1 but it doesn’t contain the debugger.
How can I get the debugger code?

All Perls support the -d switch to run in debugging mode. Other debuggers are usually shipped as part of an IDE like Visual Studio or Eclipse (and there may be plugins that need to be compiled and installed before those can be used). Komodo is downloaded and installed separately from ActivePerl, if you’re looking for an ActiveState IDE.
