Komodo IDE and Windows OS Don't See Python 3.9 Installed Via Powershell

I used the PowerShell installer for Python3.9. Cannot find the Executable anywhere on my system, and cannot get it set at the default Python for my Windows 10 system. Even Komodo can’t find it! I have spent the about half a day trying to figure this out. How can I install Python and start writing scripts? It’s boggles the mind that you can’t just download and install Python. If anyone knows how to get Python3.9 installed and Windows 10 and Komodo using it, that would be really great. Than…
