Hi @roger19 ,
Thanks for the note! It looks like this is Windows Defender (based on searching for similar error messages on the web).
If you temporarily disable Real-Time Protection by going to:
Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings
… you may be able to run the installer.
I’ll check with out dev team to see what else they might recommend.

It ended up being McAfee Antivirus - I temporarily turned off real time scanning and was able to complete the install.
