State.exe and installer digital signature are expired

The current install of perl state.exe digital signature has expired. I tried to install the latest version but the installers digital signature is also expired. The date was 10/1/2022.
I am not able to run because the security software in my company is not allowing it to run.

Is there a way I can get a digitally signed installer/application or way to import a latest valid certificate so that I can run my current install or install a newer version ?

New certificate has been replaced. You may want to try again. I will check with the team here and see if there is a best way to handle this.

Thanks Jeff for looking. I tried to update the build by adding a package. Downloaded the new installer and see the digital signatures are still until 10/1/2022. Could you suggest I am missing anything here ?
