In case you run into issues installing State Tool or running any State Tool commands, you can report these issues here in the ActiveState Community forums. Please don’t forget to include important information that would help out team to diagnose and fix the issue. Those pieces of information include:
- OS Name and Version (e.g. Windows 10, Ubuntu 18.04)
- Terminal/shell (e.g., bash, powershell)
- The command you used (including all the parameters you used in the command line)
- Error message you’re getting, or the unexpected behavior you’ve encountered
- Log file (see here to find out where the file is located)
