How to download an earlier version of tcl

Please help to show me how to download an earlier version of tcl. For example, 8.6.5.
Currently seems only the latest version 8.6.12 is available to be downloaded.

Welcome to the ActiveState Community! In answer to your question, the ActiveState Platform typically only makes one version of older language releases available due to the cost of maintaining multiple older versions.

However, specific older versions of language releases may still be available for a fee. If interested, please contact Sales.
