We regularly trim older (typically EOL) versions of a language, and move them to our extended support offering.
Tcl 8.5 was first released in 2007 and is now EOL. We provide access to EOL versions of languages like Tcl via our Team Tier offering. You can learn more about the Team Tier on our Pricing page
