I can confirm that opencv v4.6.0 builds successfully for ubuntu 20.04 LTS on Python 3.10.14. I can also confirm that opencv v4.6.0 is compatible with your current build.

Older versions of opencv may not build with your configuration. If you require a specific older version, please let us know.
