I am sorry but I looked at all 4 of your projects - 1 is distribution only and working, 2 are attempting to be built on unsupported past EOL platforms and are not working (as expected), the last is working?
For ~Linux-Ubuntu project i see you removed cuda, added cuda-python - did this resolve your error?
