My Build is stuck at 470 of 672 packages built. Is there a limit number of packages that I can build in one build?

We got it unstuck, but looks like there is an issue with that build. The team is looking into it.

I removed many packages and kickoff the build again; however, this time it got stuck at building the Catalyst-Plugin-I18N package…156 of 593 Packages Built. Please help if you can.
