Build Error: Astro-FITS-CFITSIO 1.15 for Perl 5.28.1 on Windows

Looking for help with this package that is failing to build in my project.
According to the author’s page for Astro::FITS::CFITSIO, you need to include an additional library for the underlying CFITSIO software.

Is there any way to get the source for cfitsio (or provide the library) to build with this package? If not does that mean I can’t use active state perl and must do a full build on my own? Any tips are appreciated, thanks!

Yup … not working on Strawberry either!.. seems to be just missing a header file! very important! I know that NASA might help…FITS Support Office at NASA/GSFC maintains a list of libraries and platforms that currently support FITS
