ActiveState-Perl and ActiveState-Python exe installer

Using the documentation here: ActivePython 3.6.6 Documentation (activestate.com), it looks like there should be an exe installer available for my Python environment (it was there previously when I had used ActiveState some time ago).

Here is my Python environment: ActivePython-3.8 - noorez - ActiveState Platform

Is there any reason why the exe installer will not show? Is there anyway to install it globally via the State Tool?

You can install it globally using the state tool following these instructions: Command Reference :: ActiveState Platform Documentation

Also you might want to try Python 3.9, as that provides the best experience currently, if your use case allows it.
