Will ActiveTcl-8.6.11 work with 32-Bit Windows?

The .exe (ActiveTcl-8.6.11.1.0000-MSWin32-x64-636b0c37) contains MSWin32 in the name, so I assume if you a have 32-Bit OS, it will work, correct?

The reason I ask is because in the FAQ section, it seems like you have to pay for the 32-bit version.

“Win32” means ALL Intel and AMD chips, it’s not specific to 32-bit.

That’s a 64-bit build and it won’t work on a 32-bit processor or 32-bit operating system with a 64-bit processor.
