Where can i get TCL85.dll only without installing the ActiveTCL
If you use an ActiveState Tcl 8.5 dll, you need the installer so that you accept the license conditions.
If the terms of the ActiveState license are not satisfactory for your intended use case, you should source your component by building your own version from the source code, or see if you can leverage a precompiled dll provided by a Python or a Tcl that is under a different license.
