New To PERL. Need Help

I am learning PERL. I wrote a simple script and PERL cannot find the modules installed. My script calls for LWP::Simple. However, when I execute the script, I get an error that LWP::Simple needs to be installed.

The only packages available on the platform now are:

LWP::Simple::Cookies
LWP-Simple-Post
LWP-Simple-REST
