Cannot install CPAN module

I cannot seem to install CPAN module. I have make in my path and yet it calls for gmake. Here is the error:
C:\Users\Shimon\AppData\Local\ActiveState\cache\eb173da9\bin\perl.exe Makefile.PL MAKE=make – OK
Running make for P/PH/PHRED/Archive-Zip-1.68.tar.gz
‘gmake’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
PHRED/Archive-Zip-1.68.tar.gz
gmake – NOT OK

ActiveState Perls do not support using CPAN scripting.

To add a module to an ActiveState Perl, follow the manuals for adding content to your project.
