I’m running this by the engineers as I’ve not seen this issue before. I’ll post back here when I have more information for you.

PerlQt has not been updated in 17 years, and requires a third-party library. Our process for importing modules is still evolving, and while this module has been downloaded to our system, it is in a vetting stage along with many others.

Due to the age and condition of the PerlQt it is likely that it will be withdrawn once the vetting is completed.
