Build Error: Module-Build 0.4229 for Perl 5.26.3 on Windows

Looking for help with this package that is failing to build in my project.

Module-Build has been failing if ActivePerl-PPM or PPM-Repositories are in a project. A quick workaround is to delete them both. They won’t work anyway, so you loose nothing.
