Looking for help with this package that is failing to build in my project. I cannot build Net-RawIP which seems to be due to pcap library but I don’t know how to workaround it. Thanks!

This is quite an old package that hasn’t had any maintenance done in ages, and wasn’t terribly strong on windows to begin with (or at least at a quick glance at its cpan page). I suspect there might be other modules out there that can do what you are looking for. We won’t be spending time to make this one work as it is effectively dead. You might want to try Net-Pcap.
