Build Error: HTTP-Daemon 6.12 for Perl 5.26.3 on Windows

Looking for help with this package that is failing to build in my project.

Reasons

The problem is not HTTP-Daemon.

Command exits with 255: cd ActivePerl-PPM
You have to remove ActivePerl-PPM and PPM-Repositories. Those modules are deprecated and will cause your build to always fail if you try to build them.
