Bio-SamTools version 1.43 in Perl Build runtime

Hi!
every package that I added was built within seconds. However, Bio-SamTools version 1.43 build has taken more than 16 hours without ever finishing. I stopped and started the build again and it still reached 16 hours without result. I removed it from the added packages but it still showed up on the build. Every previous build that i have run was succesfull. I don’t know what is wrong so I would appreciate your help.

PS I really have no idea what I’m doing, I’m just now learning how to use Perl and Bioperl.

@elliasl I’ve just heard from the team that bio-samtools can’t build at the moment due to a missing dependency. We’ll update when we know more.
