There are currently some issues reverting to older, unmodified forks of Community Edition (CE) runtimes with the State Tool.
So in the case of an older CE runtime like ActivePerl-5.6, you can fork and modify it as you’d like and use the State Tool to develop with it. But you’re likely to see errors if you use the State Tool to revert to a version of your runtime w/o your modifications.
