After installation of msi file from ActiveState index.html (or analogue) file is missing. I have a lot .html for every package but have no single starting point.
Whats is wrong. Should I add something to build?
That’s intentional, and a rebuild will not change it.
ActivePerl since 2018 has not included any of the HTML manual pages for local use. If you have HTML pages, they are possibly from a previous version. Uninstalling ActivePerl will not remove the HTML pages, so they frequently survive an upgrade. This is one of the reasons why the upgrade process involves a manual deletion of any surviving folders after the uninstaller is run.
What a pity. It was a really nice feature.
