Need a module that's not in ActivePerl

If you just want to add modules to ActivePerl, you can fork ActivePerl itself and freely add and remove modules. PAR-Packer needs to be used with care in any ActivePerl. There is no exemption from the terms of the EULA for using a wrapping tool. You may require an OEM license, or a site-wide Enterprise usage agreement, to comply with the EULA if you use PAR-Packer with ActivePerls.
