You need to be really diligent if you’re going to use PAR::Packer with an ActivePerl. Our EULA does not provide any exemptions for wrapped ActivePerl files, and any system where a file created by PAR::Packer is deployed would need to fit within the use cases allowed by the EULA.
If you deploy them incorrectly, PAR::Packer could create a requirement for you to have an OEM agreement, or a site-wide production license from the Enterprise tier.
