Miss symbol browser on one computer

With identical version and build:
Komodo IDE, version 12.0.1, build 91869, platform win32-x86.
Built on Mon Feb 10 18:14:23 2020.

on one computer I get the symbol browser all right (View menu, Tabs & Sidebars, Symbol Browser), on the other it is not there. What can I do?

We’ll need more info to understand:

  • What language are you using?
  • Could you elaborate on this statement “on the other it is not there”? The panel is completely gone? It’s there but doesn’t load content? What does it say instead of loading? A screenshot would be helpful here.
  • Share your logs: Help menu > Troubleshooting > View Log file
