I want tcl with Tix and tcom package for windows OS

I want the below packages with tcl. How can I get.?

  • tcom is included in ActiveTcl
  • tix is included in ActivePython

Installing ActivePython 3.8 for Linux or Windows will also install Tcl with tix and tcom. You can download ActivePython 3.8 from here: ActiveState
