Yes i reconfigured it without linux. Also wanted to check, for any new module to add, i need to rebuild the package and install it in the windows machine every time? is there any way i need not install again and again in windows machine for new module?

I moved your question to a new thread as it’s, well, a new topic.
You should use the State Tool to manage your install. When using the State Tool you simply run state pull and the latest changes to your project would be pulled in to your local install.
