I am trying to run Fluid Dynamics Search Engine and Links2 perl scripts but keep getting this error and I don’t know what to do because the information on the internet is too confusing. The script worked fine until I had to reinstall windows 10 and then this error message started. Using Sambar server version 7. Doesn’t work on version 6 either.
All of this is third party products, so we can’t really help with anything beyond what can be found on the internet.
It all looks to be pretty old. Your search server’s newest version is now 6 years old, and has been abandoned by the author. Some DBM components come from the embedded webserver (Apache has SDBM), so if your DBM library is suddenly unable to run on a new Windows 10, odds are that Fluid Dynamics needs to stay on an older Windows. Just a guess though.
