Win32-Unicode-InternetShortcut is Windows only - currently a limitation of the platform is that it doesn’t understand that it should not build this on Linux.

So - you should remove it from your project and create a fork, or a branch for Windows only, and then add it back in. If it is a fork, you can make updates to the main project, and update them through the fork.
