Try splitting your project up into a Windows project and a Linux project, and then remove the modules that only work on one platform from the project they won’t work with.

We’ve just found and fixed a data error that added libwin32 0.28 to projects where it didn’t belong. If you update your project now, you should be able to get past this error.
