ActiveState blocks sign-in from Ukraine ip-addresses

Need Your advice
How to resolve situation when ActiveState configuration of Amazon CloudFront blocks signing-in from my country? Namely - Ukraine

Because of that I can only sign-in by connecting from virtual machine located in other country :frowning:

What is the address to send complaints to ActiveState?

We have an open ticket on unblocking Ukraine that was submitted last week. We’re waiting on legal confirmation before proceeding.
