Build Error: tiktoken 0.1 for on Mac

Hey Team,

Looks like I managed to find something with a rust backend for a personal project. Not sure where y’all are at with Rust support, but this is one for the list. I hope things are going well.

Also I think there is something just slightly off with the ticket integration as it isn’t passing through the language for the title and body of the ticket.
