pygtk has a dependency on GTK 3.0 which we do not support yet on the platform.

Build Error: pygtk 2.24.0 for Python 3.8.2 on Windows

It will be supported later on as we have had requests for this prior, however, it is not imminent, as there are many more popular items higher up the list. I can’t provide an ETA, however anyone else that has GTK needs, should definitely raise their hand in this ticket so I can get enough demand to increase its priority. Cheers, -JR
