I think there is some GIF-Lib missing. Had the same Problem when compiling for Linux by hand:
JPEG: building independently
JPEG: main: includes not found - libraries not found
JPEG: Checking if the compiler can find them on its own
JPEG: Test code failed: Can’t link/include ‘jpeglib.h’, ‘jpeg’

Hi @sskopnik – this packages (Imager-File-JPEG/GIF) are still in the queue to be addressed by our build team, unfortunately because they have C dependencies that could take quite awhile before they’re addressed. Depending on your use case, if your team are paid customers then you can get priority access to package fixes. Check back regularly as the catalog is constantly expanding. Thanks!
