Sign into Active State fails - Appears offline - Firewall

I just installed ActiveState IDE 12.0 and I cannot sign into my account. The error message states, “Login failed, it appears you are offline.”

I had a popup about a firewall issue, so I believe this is being blocked by the company required firewall.

I am new to PERL and was looking to evaluate and possible use this tool as I use to use VBSEdit for writing and testing code in.
