I'm having trouble registering a file, and am trying to narrow down why.
Running cmd.exe as administrator, regsvr32 I get two errors.
"Unknown Error : Python"
"The module "c:\windows\system32\scrobj.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServerEx failed with error code x80020101"
I've searched every single error code that I've gotten. I've also used several versions of activepython and get the same errors.
Other files seem to register fine.
I am using IDE 5.2 and have limited success with remote editing. My workstation is Vista Ultimate and the remote files are on an Ubuntu box.
I am able to open remote files, but cannot do a live import . . . folder not visible on network. Open remote will not allow import of full structure and 'import from file system' is disabled.
Eventually I managed a workaround which included :-
1. Create a new project which had to reside on my workstation.
2. Manually create the top-level folders under this project.
3. Manually "import from file system" for each folder
Hi,
Clean install of Komodo IDE 5.2.1 gives me no calltips or other completion when writing python scripts. Is there some setting I need to tweak?
I'm On Vista 64.
Thanks
I noticed Komodo can't recognize the Smarty componentized template syntax in the first row of a .tpl file, like this one:
{load_presentation_object filename="submitted_order" assign="obj"}
(you can see it in the attachment)
The error info i get is:
Info: < head > previously mentioned
Am I missing anything or is it a known bug?
Thank you very much.
Luca
I updated Komodo IDE to version 5.2.0 this morning and opened the Rx Toolkit to complete some work I was in the middle of doing. I am now getting a Windows error "python.exe has stopped working," and the Rx Toolkit is out of commission.
Any ideas?
Hi
After updating to the new version (5.2), all of my custom made macros disappeard.
how do i retrive them?
thanks a lot..
I had downloaded version 5.1.x earlier and used it for a few days, and everything seemed to work. I then downloaded version 5.2.0 and my files were unreadable. I see a few funky characters --- ??? --- and that is it. These are just ordinary text files that I had previously accessed without problem; they are Factor source-code. I tried changing the name from .factor to .txt but that didn't help. Any ideas?
I am using Eclipse and Epic with ActiveState Perl 5.8.9 downloaded just today. I am getting the following error:

I've installed/configured Bugzilla using OracleXE as the supporting db and Apache 2.2 on Win2000, Win2003, WinXP and now I'm running into something I haven't run into before on Vista/Sp2.
It's an intermittent issue which produces an application error in the event log:
