I have applications running on a DEA, and connectivity to that DEA has been interrupted for long enough that the applications have been re-started on another DEA. When that DEA becomes available again I now have two instances of that application running.

This is a bug with stackato. We do have a patch that can be applied to correct the issue. You can download it from https://get.stackato.com/patch/2.10/stackato-2.10.4-dea-fence-reaping-pa... , and it should be applied to all of your DEA nodes. After you upload the patch to the correct nodes you can execute 'sh stackato-2.10.4-dea-fence-reaping-patch.sh' to install it. After installation you will need to restart each DEA for it to take effect. This will temporarily interrupt connectivity to applications.
