"Mark For Install" and "Mark for Remove" buttons disable

Hi,

Active State Perl Version : 5.16 Build 1601

I just installed above version. And see that only 269 packages installed. Also, the "Mark For Install" and "Mark for Remove" buttons are disabled.

I want to Install "Win32::FileOp" and "XML::CSV" packages in my system. But because of the above mentioned problem, I could not get it installed.

Thanks
Swaroop

Those buttons will be disabled if your PPM client is not able to connect to any PPM servers.

You may be behind a proxy server or a firewall.

See the PPM manuals for the FAQ on how to configure PPM to connect out through a firewall or proxy server.
