Ubuntu global menu integration for Komodo 7

On Ubuntu, this extension provides global menu integration (i.e. for Unity), so that the Komodo menu appears in the top-level menu instead of being within the Komodo window itself.

Note: This extension only applies to Komodo 7 Linux users.

Sorry I couldn't re-use the same add-on, but binary components are a pain between different Komodo/Mozilla major versions.

empty labels

Nice add-on!
But I experience an annoying bug: in the global menu, after "Help", I see two "Empty label" items, each with an "Active" link inside.
