numpy missing in 64 bit community edition

I just installed the Active Python Community Edition with 64 bit Python.

"NumPy, SciPy and matplotlib are available for Windows, Linux and Mac OSX
in ActivePython Community Edition."

numpy is not installed at all. If I try PyPM to install numpy I get an error
message saying

"error: Can't install as.mklruntime-1.3: requires Business Edition subscription"

What is going wrong ?

Kind Regards, Uwe

Even modules like Django:

If you want free modules, you need to use the 32-bit Community Edition
