Komodo Edit (New Project from Template not working)

Hello,

If I follow these steps things work:
1. Create a New Project that is populated via right-clicking the Project name and selecting, "Add\Existing File" (then selecting an existing file).
2. Save Project
3. Project Menu\New from Template\Create Template from Project
4. Close Project
5. Project Menu\New from Template\ (Select Template created in Step 3).

I will then see the new Project created and populated with the file that was added.

If I try to add an **existing folder** to the Project and follow the same steps above I am not able to create a new Project from Template. (The Project doesn't get created and the folder is not present in the new Project location).

BTW - the existing files/folders I'm trying to leverage are from the Mobile Boilerplate Template...

Thank you!

Where is the "existing folder" stored? When you "Add" anything to a project it doesn't actually get moved. Komodo Docs. A link is created to that folder or file.

Could you describe your set up a little bit? Is this folder remote? Are you using mapped URIs?

Cheers,

-Carey

I just retested this in Komodo Edit. It is indeed broken. I've logged a bug here:
