PDK can't find module even though perl can

I have built an application that uses a third party module (InCharge::session).

use InCharge::session;

If I run the script using the Active Perl interpreter (v 5.12), everything is fine. The program runs without error. However, if I try to compile the program with perlapp, it can't find InCharge::session if my compilation target is Windows. If my compilation target is Linux, it finds it.

% which perl returns: /opt/ActivePerl-5.12/bin/perl
% perl -e "use InCharge::session;" runs without error

OS: Centos relezse 5 (Final)
Linux 2.6.18-164.el5 (64 bit)

Perl: Active Perl 5, version 12 (v5.12.3) built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi
PerlApp: 9.0.1 build 293382

PerlApp Project Settings:
Target: Windows
Perl: /opt/ActivePerl-5.12/bin/perl-static
Module Search Path:
/opt/ActivePerl-5.12/site/lib
/opt/ActivePerl-5.12/lib
. (current directory)

Thanks in advance to whomever can help!
