Hello.

I'm trying to determine if I can use PDK to develop an extension to IE. I'm not a Windows programmer but I have used PDK in the past to create Windows desktop applications.

As I understand, an IE extension is a COM object that implements something a "DeskBand". I'm trying to figure out if someone might be able to provide some guidance or documentation around where I might start.

I am trying to build an application with an installer, auto update, and a fairly rich windows based UI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
